Phoenix Quoted on Bankruptcies by Dow Jones

Adam Cook, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of Phoenix Capital Resources, was quoted in a September 12, 2011 Dow Jones article about the pace of bankruptcy filings. The article titled “U.S. Corporate Bankruptcy Filing Pace Falls 4.5% in August” speaks to the unease felt by all due to economic uncertainty. Cook predicted that we may see more retail bankruptcies on the heels of the Borders liquidation.
